Slot Adjustments

1. A Lots window will appear and list the lots for the item and location selected. The following columns will display within the Lots window:

• Lot –the lot number the inventory is stored in
• Open – The date the lot was created
• (Item Info Fields) – Your customizable item info fields
• Balance – The total on-hand balance for a particular lot
• Committed – The amount committed against a particular lot
• Unit – The preferred stocking unit of measurement.
• Slotted – The amount of the item slotted in a particular lot.

2. Scroll to the lot you which has the slots that need to be changed. The quantity in the slot can be changed or moved from one slot to another.

3. Press Enter. An asterisk will appear indicating that the lot has been selected. Press F10 to enter the slot selection window.
